Product Security Officer, R&D

We are currently hiring a Product Security Officer for R&D, who will manage and optimize product security processes, including threat modeling, audits, reporting, and stakeholder coordination, to ensure a clear and compliant security posture across the organization.

What you will do

• Manage tenders, questionaries and audits, coordination, project management, information gathering and authoring
• Proactively drive system level threat modelling and actively engage and support maintenance of sub-system threat models and formal documents
• Assist teams by facilitating threat model workshops, training and support creation and review of formal documentation
• Consolidate product security status and formal documentation and generate management reporting based on QMS docs, GRC tool and other sources of input
• Report internally in R&D on product security KPI's but also externally to senior management to ensure our company has a clear picture of the security posture for products in collaboration with the risk management team
• Optimize processes and flows around product security monitoring and reporting.

What you bring

Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering/ Science/ Informatics, preferable Master Degree
• 5 to 10 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in penetration testing or vulnerability management
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, SANS, GIAC, OWASP would be advantageous.

• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills
• Ability to communicate with cross-functional teams.
