We are seeking an experienced Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to lead AutoStore’s information security strategy and operations. The CISO will be responsible for shaping security initiatives, overseeing their execution, and safeguarding the integrity of our systems and data. The role requires expertise in cybersecurity, risk management, regulatory compliance, and an active understanding of emerging cyber threats and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business goals and risk appetite.
Establish and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures, including incident response and recovery plans.
Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and drive remediation initiatives.
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Strengthen IT General Controls (ITGC) and oversee Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practices to protect organizational integrity.
Build and lead a high-performing information security team, fostering operational excellence and accountability.
Qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA.
Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
Proven experience in risk management and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in similar industry or in manufacturing
Familiarity with cloud security and data protection technologies.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
