Senior Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deployment & Configuration: Assist in the deployment and configuration of Netskope CASB and other cloud security solutions.
• CASB Policy Management: Implement and manage DLP policies, cloud security controls, and access control policies within Netskope CASB.
• Issue Troubleshooting: Provide Level 2 support by troubleshooting CASB-related issues and escalating complex issues to Level 3.
• Cloud Integration: Support the integration of Netskope CASB with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and SIEM systems (Splunk, QRadar, etc.).
• Security Monitoring: Monitor CASB security alerts, analyze data traffic to detect potential risks, and take corrective actions as needed.
• End-User Support: Assist end-users by providing guidance for cloud security policies and CASB-related incidents.

Experience:

• Expertise in Netskope CASB: Experience with Netskope configuration, policy management, DLP, threat protection, and cloud security posture management (CSPM).
• Cloud Security Fundamentals: In-depth understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and securing SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS environments.
• CASB Integration: Experience in integrating Netskope with cloud applications, SIEM systems, and other cloud security tools.
• Security Incident Monitoring: Experience using tools like Splunk, QRadar, or Azure Sentinel for log integration and real-time monitoring.
• Automation & Scripting: Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Bash for automating tasks and policies within Netskope CASB.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Strong understanding of compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, and CCPA in relation to cloud security.
• Advanced Threat Protection: Knowledge of advanced threat detection and protection mechanisms within cloud environments.
• Strong Communication & Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure best practices in cloud security.

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have):

• Netskope Certification or other cloud security certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Security Specialty, Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer).
• MFA Integration with CASB solutions.
• Familiarity with Web Gateway and VPN Integration for enhanced security in hybrid cloud environments.
