Information Security Assistant/Officer (m/f/d) - Luxembourg
As an IS Officer, reporting to the CISO, you will be primarily supporting in overseeing the company's information, cyber, and technology security. The IS Officer plays a key role in developing and maintaining the organization's information security program, and enforcing security policies to protect critical data as well as aligning security measures with overall business objectives.
The position offers the opportunity for interaction and exposure to stakeholders in all Bank units and external suppliers, aiming to understand business needs and operations, involve appropriate resources and propose solutions that will increase the operational security of the Bank.
Security Administration:
- Regularly update security policies and procedures while promoting security awareness across the Bank.
- Review system logs and security reports (SIEM).
- Track and resolve security issues to completion.
- Contribute to various Information Security projects.
Network Administration:
- Manage the implementation and maintenance of security tools and protocols (e.g., firewalls, proxy servers, router configuration, routing protocols, DMZ management, access control, etc.).
- Supervise cybersecurity activities such as vulnerability assessments, reporting, patching, and penetration testing.
Other tasks:
- Participate in special projects, committees, and meetings as assigned by Management.
- Perform other tasks, functions, or assignments for both the department and other Bank areas as directed by the CISO or Management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in IT security.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems and applications.
- Fluency in English, French would be considered an asset.

- Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent customer service mindset.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in high-pressure situations.
