Within Mobile Networks business group, we are dedicated to provide secure and reliable network infrastructure for mobile operators worldwide. For this role, we are looking for a motivated person who thrives to find and solve cybersecurity demands to join our Mobile Networks Supply Chain Security team as a Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, contributing to the security of Nokia's critical infrastructure.

Position: Internship
Duration: 12 months
Start date (tentative): June, 2025
Location: Hybrid in Lisbon, Portugal
Education recommendations: Currently a candidate finishing their BSc or MSc degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field with an accredited school

  • Coordinate and execute application vulnerability scans 
  • Assist in the development of remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities and in resolving false-positives
  • Develop automation scripts to improve application scan process
  • Develop documentation and clearly communicate to stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functions teams to ensure security measures are implemented throughout the organization

You have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field
  • Strong understanding of cyber security basics, techniques, and technologies
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Nice to have:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (e.g.: BurpSuite)
  • Familiarity with security frameworks and standards (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework)
  • Good understanding of IT, ICT (Information and Communications Technology) architecture and hands-on knowledge of IT
