The Security Operations team is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst II with a strong passion for information security, an analytical mindset and a burning desire to learn. We strongly value creative, out-of-the-box thinking and problem solving – and the ability to navigate a complex corporate environment. The Security Operations team is looking for a Cyber Security Analyst II with a strong passion for information security, an analytical mindset and a burning desire to learn. This individual will participate in security monitoring, active investigations, and perform incident response activities in addition to forensics on IT systems. We value strong technical expertise combined with a relentlessly curious nature, to investigate and analyze large sets of data.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in security monitoring and threat detection. Continuously monitor networks and systems for security breaches, unusual activities, and potential threats.
- Perform incident response, investigate security breaches and incidents, assess their impact, and implement strategies to mitigate damage and prevent future occurrences.
- Creating and updating documents (manuals, playbooks, procedures, post-incident)
- Conduct regular assessments and penetration testing to identify and address security weaknesses.
- Cooperation with Security Operations Team and Technology Team in the security area
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
- Understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cyber security technologies.
- Ability to identify potential security risks.
- Experience in documenting procedures and fault-finding guides.
- Skill in implementing effective solutions to mitigate security threats.
- Attention to details and ability to identify anomalies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills
