Delinea’s Cloud Identity Business
We are looking for an experienced technical specialist to help drive the growth of Delinea’s Cloud Identity business. In early 2024 Delinea acquired Authomize, integrated its CIEM & ITDR capabilities into the Delinea Platform, and made them generally available in July of 2024. The anchor clients for this business have been signed and the pipeline growth is strong. We are investing in further driving the growth with this specialized role.
Cloud Identity Sales Engineering Specialist Role Description
The Cloud Identity Specialist role is designed to lead the most strategic technical wins, coach sales engineers to drive their own technical wins, & liaise with product managers to steer roadmap investments. The role is deployed globally with the bulk of time spent in the Americas.
What You’ll Do:
Establish, continuously improve, and teach your “go-to” demo approach for Delinea’s cloud identity capabilities.
Coach Delinea SE’s on their approach to discover, qualify, & trap via their demos.
Establish, and constantly improve, Proof of Value (PoV) standards.
Develop new and innovative use case stories for go-to-market initiatives.
Articulate the Delinea vision and strategy with prospects, customers, & partners.
Address technical blockers that are impeding the closing of opportunities.
Work with Product Management to prioritize near & long-term roadmap investments that drive bookings growth, customer satisfaction, & competitive advantage
Technical Skills & Experience
Deep expertise with Cloud Service Providers (CSP):
Azure
Google Cloud (GCP)
Amazon Web Service (AWS)
Oracle Cloud (OCI)
Privileged Access Management (PAM) & Identity & Access Management (IAM) expertise. Hands on experience with tools in the category, such as:
Delinea
CyberArk
BeyondTrust
Sailpoint
Saviynt
Microsoft PIM
Hands on experience demonstrating and executing Proof of Value (POV) engagement with identity technologies:
Active Directory
EntraID
Ping Identity
Okta
What You’ll Bring:
7-10 years in Sales Engineering roles. Overlay SE role experience is desirable.
Relationship building with technical & business stakeholders.
A proven demo & POV execution approach.
Certifications: CISSP, MSCE, GIAC, CEH, or ISACA certifications a plus.
