Are you an experienced DevOps Engineer with a passion for cloud technologies and identity management? Join our team to help us design, implement, manage and automate robust IAM solutions that secure our digital assets.
What You Will Do:
- Implement and Manage IAM Solutions: Deploy and maintain IAM systems including SSO, MFA, and PAM.
- Cloud IAM Management: Manage IAM roles, policies, and permissions within AWS and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Container and Infrastructure Management: Work with containers (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
- SRE Practices: Implement Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts including observability, incident management, and performance monitoring.
- Networking and Security: Apply networking fundamentals and IAM security best practices.
- Collaboration and Documentation: Work with stakeholders to understand IAM needs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
What We Expect:
Experience:
- Experience with cloud technologies (Azure and AWS preferred).
- Experience with IAM technologies (SSO, MFA, IGA, PAM).
- Experience with containers and orchestrators (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with SRE concepts.
- Understanding of networking and security fundamentals.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of access control models and authentication protocols (OAuth, SAML).
- Proficiency in programming and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Java).
- Strong knowledge of Windows or Linux OS and configuration management tools.
- Understanding of SSDLC and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Argo CD).
- Experience with AWS IAM and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Strong skills in managing Active Directory environments.
- Ability to analyze IAM data for trends and improvements.
Security Knowledge:
- Understanding of IAM security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (GDPR, DORA, PSD2, ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
Nice-to-have
- AWS Certified – Solutions Architect, SysOps Admin, DevOps Engineer, Security.
- Microsoft Certified - Azure Security Engineer, Identity & Access Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Administrator, Solutions Architect.
- Any other IAM/PAM related certifications.
