Join our dynamic team as an IAM Security Engineer and play a crucial role in safeguarding our organization's digital assets. We are looking for a skilled professional who can bring their expertise in IAM technologies to enhance our security posture.
What You Will Do:
- Implement and Manage IAM Solutions: Design, deploy, and maintain IAM systems including SSO, MFA, and IGA.
- Access Control and Authentication: Develop and enforce access control models and authentication protocols such as OAuth and SAML.
- Cloud and On-Premises IAM Management: Manage IAM roles, policies, and permissions within AWS and Azure AD/Entra ID, and maintain Active Directory environments.
- Data Analysis: Analyze IAM data to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Compliance and Security: Ensure IAM solutions comply with regulatory requirements and security best practices.
- Collaboration: Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their IAM needs and provide effective solutions.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain comprehensive documentation and provide regular reports on IAM activities and issues.
What We Expect:
- Minimum of 2 years in implementing and managing IAM solutions.
- Familiarity with IAM technologies like SSO, MFA, IGA and PAM.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of access control models (e.g., role-based access control) and authentication protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML).
- Experience in programming and scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Java).
- Experience with AWS IAM and Azure AD/Entra ID.
- Strong skills in managing Active Directory environments.
- Ability to analyze IAM data for trends and improvements.
Security Knowledge:
- Understanding of IAM security principles and best practices.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, DORA, PSD2).
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication due to working on the Pan-Baltic level
Nice to-have
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience
- Experience with IAM solutions like IBM, Oracle, Okta, ForgeRock, CyberArk, SailPoint, Delinea, Ping Identity, Entra ID Governance is an advantage.
- AWS Certified – Solutions Architect, SysOps Admin, DevOps Engineer, Security.
- Microsoft Certified - Azure Security Engineer, Identity & Access Administrator, DevOps Engineer, Administrator, Solutions Architect.
- Any other IAM/PAM related certifications.
