UI Developer

As a UI Developer on our Product Security team in Bangalore, you will play a crucial role in crafting intuitive applications that ensure Nokia products meet customer security expectations and regulatory compliance. You will be at the forefront of defining / designing / developing new UI based features that adhere to latest Security guidelines, Regulatory and Customer requirement, further augmenting our product with advanced functionalities. Your efforts will enhance our product’s functionality and user experience. You will also stay current with industry trends, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and improvement as we tackle real-world challenges together.

• Collaborate with architects to design modern, user-friendly UI pages that enhance usability.
• Develop and implement new features and enhancements according to the system roadmap, ensuring high quality and timely delivery.
• Integrate applications with external systems and tools, translating concepts into actionable implementations.
• Engage with the team to brainstorm and prioritize ideas that improve end-user experiences and optimize application performance.
• Stay updated on security tools, regulatory compliance, and industry trends to inform development practices.
• Lead innovation by defining solutions for real-world challenges through analytical problem-solving.
• Conduct analysis, design, development, and testing of UI/backend software based on user requirements.
• Guide the evolution of application UI through proof of concepts, documentation, and user feedback collection.

You have:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering / IT / Computers Science with overall 6-8 years' experience in UI design and development
• Advanced working knowledge of Angular 16+, REST API, 
• Advanced working knowledge of UI design architecture 
• Working knowledge of UI build and bring up in Cloud architecture (Dockers and containers)

It would be nice if you also had:

• Background in Product design and Development, Product Security, compliance and audit is a plus.
• Knowledge of Cloud architecture and deployment (Azure preferred).
• Knowledge of SAFe/Agile/Scrum development methodology
• Other industry certifications such as CISSP is a plus
