- Ensure security backup and audit compliance
- Escalate unresolved issues to L2 L3 with documentation
- Implement standard infrastructure changes and upgrades
- Log and update incidents in ITSM system
- Maintain incident documentation knowledge articles and runbooks
- Manage Windows and Linux servers
- Manage virtualization platforms storage systems and network devices
- Monitor infrastructure components
- Perform routine health checks and reporting
- Serve as first point of contact for incidents and service requests
- Support access requests and password resets
- Support patching backup restore and performance monitoring
- Troubleshoot hardware operating system and network issues
