Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Supervisor
Tasks
- Analyze and plan incident response processes
- Conduct supervisory responsibilities
- Conduct training exercises for GSOC personnel
- Create and deliver security reports and presentations
- Define and monitor key performance indicators
- Develop and direct GSOC operations
- Develop intelligence sources for threat detection
- Ensure staffing and select employees
- Escalate customer service issues related to GSOC operations
- Identify and upgrade GSOC technologies
- Lead and coach GSOC staff
- Liaise with GSOC and security management
- Manage operational software systems
- Perform on-call duty
- Provide feedback to security management
- Recommend change management for efficiency
- Respond to emergency and non-emergency calls
- Set performance goals and conduct appraisals
