Overview

This role is responsible of executing the end to end internal and external recruitment process for technology open positions aligned with the local requirements while developing core sourcing processes to identify external talent when needed.

Responsibilities

Execute end to end external recruitment process:

  • Facilitation of Hiring Manager Recruitment Strategy Meeting to align the process, SLAs and profile requirements.
  • Job Description review and requisition posting on ATS and job boards
  • Ensure timely and effective communications between candidate(s) and hiring team.
  • Screen, assess, and evaluate external candidates with face-to-face behavioral-based interviewing methodologies and present qualified candidate slate (3 – 5) to hiring team.
  • Collect post interview feedback and facilitate consensus discussion, if needed.
  • Create the OLDF (Offer Letter Detailed Form) and send it to the People Ops team to generate the offer letter.
  • Obtain TR and HR approvals if needed.
  • Extend verbal offer and lead negotiation with candidate if needed
  • Send feedback communication to non-selected candidates
  • Ensure service delivery and KPIs fulfilment such as Time to Accept (TTA), Time-to-Find/Hire, Hiring Manager Satisfaction scores(HMSS) and system accuracy, among others.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with multiple stakeholders, including functional hiring managers, HR partner, People Ops teams in order to foster partnerships that yield consistent on-going communication, high-quality results, and efficient processes in order to build TA function credibility
  • Active participation in Talent Acquisition Projects

Compensation and Benefits:

  • The expected compensation range for this position is between $89,000 - $149,000
  • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process
  • Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 10% of annual salary paid out annually
  • Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Fluent English oral and written communication skills
  • 6 - 8 years of recruitment experience
  • Experience recruiting for US and Canada markets
  • Experience recruiting IT and/or Technology profiles
  • Customer-focused, adaptable, strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking System (i.e., iCIMs or other) preferred
  • Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
  • Attention to detail and strong follow-through skills.
