What are we exploring?

We’re exploring a platform that automates FedRAMP and StateRAMP compliance for startups and mid-market SaaS companies. Today’s certification process is long, costly, and fragmented, typically requiring over a year and millions in spend. Recent regulatory changes and increasing security demands have made the process even harder for early-stage vendors, while government agencies still struggle with manual workflows and siloed approvals across different cloud environments.

Our thesis is to build a platform that accelerates approval timelines, automates documentation, and enables real-time monitoring. The product will integrate with cloud and security tools, assist with assessor workflows, and offer dashboards to keep systems audit-ready. As mandates push for automation and acceptance of machine-readable compliance artifacts, we see a timely opportunity to define the infrastructure layer for public sector cloud security.

What you bring:

• Deep understanding of compliance frameworks like FedRAMP, StateRAMP, or SOC 2, and their impact on cloud infrastructure and SaaS businesses

• Experience building or leading security, compliance, or infrastructure products—ideally within govtech, cybersecurity, or regulated SaaS

• Strong grasp of public sector procurement, cloud architectures, and the unique challenges faced by early-stage vendors

• Proven ability to launch and scale enterprise-grade software in complex, highly regulated markets

• Entrepreneurial, customer-obsessed, and skilled at translating regulatory complexity into intuitive, automation-driven products
