The Role:

The Cybersecurity Third Party Management Analyst manages Third-Party relationships ensuring alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, conducting due diligence, and facilitating the onboarding and management of vendors. This role will partner with legal, procurement and engineering teams daily to onboard and maintain existing 3rd party relationships. Strong communication, analytical, and relationship management skills are essential to success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Be accountable for supporting multiple Third-Party vendor relationships within Citi's CISO
  • Maintain appropriately balanced priorities in consistent alignment to business strategy, priorities, regulatory requirements and timelines
  • Facilitate ongoing due diligence efforts, new contract review, vendor onboarding, and contract renewals and amendments
  • Collaborate with procurement/sourcing and legal teams to support the onboarding of new CISO vendors including due diligence and contract reviews
  • Communicate to all levels including peers, senior management, executive leadership, external third party, and numerous groups involved in Third-Party Management processes
  • Function as a process leader with thorough understanding of Third-Party Management requirements, roles, and deliverables
  • Facilitate consistent adoption and support of changes to systems and requirements
  • Operate with a Compliance and Risk Management mindset
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders such as compliance, legal, Information Security and risk to ensure third-party relationships meet regulatory and internal policy requirements

Qualifications

  • 5+ years' experience in Information Security with at least 2 years' experience Third Party risk and vendor management
  • Advanced proficiency with all MS Office Products (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Consistently clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Must be a motivated self-starter with strong presentation and communication skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction from more senior team members
  • Previous experience with IT vendor management or sourcing/procurement is a plus
  • Familiarity with Aravo is a big plus

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$87,280.00 - $130,920.00
