**This position is contingent upon award**

Responsibilities

  • Exceptional corporate communication expertise with desired experience writing to both broad consumer level and executive audiences
  • Proven ability to interact with customers, external stakeholders and program managers in a highly matrixed environment
  • Experience engaging with internal and external stake holders, partners, downstream consumers, and senior champions
  • Knowledge of a broad range of office and security-related policies and procedures specific to the Agency
  • Broad understanding of Sponsor’s activities and protocols across its Enterprise

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:   

  • Bachelor's degree in an applicable field or at least four (4) years of work experience in the area of project management and resource management
  • Minimum of four (4) years’ experience supporting the IC
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expertise in tracking and monitoring program activities and initiatives
  • Proven ability to plan and organize tasks independently
  • Excellent time management
  • Strong written and oral communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office applications and other tools to support and track Sponsor activities
  • Proven ability to work independently and identify and implement solutions to issues as they arise
  • Outstanding coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and external entities
