Position Summary:
Supervisory job responsible for broad oversight and direction of cybersecurity areas across products, services, infrastructure, networks, and applications while providing protection for AT&T, our customers, and our vendors/partners. This position works on various projects relating to the protection of devices, customers, assets, data, information technology, and networks and supports innovation, strategic planning, technical proof of concepts, testing, lab work, and various other technical program management related tasks associated with the cybersecurity programs, both internal and external.
Position Responsibilities:
IAM Compliance Organization:
- Lead for IAM/UAM SOX/Sarbanes Oxley Controls and interface for external auditors and internal SOX project management office
- Controls testing and oversight of IAM/UAM platforms
- Lead for IAM Internal Audit, PCI, and other regulatory engagements
- Compliance oversight for Vulnerability Management for IAM applications
- Enterprise One and ADO/Azure Dev Ops tooling and processes compliance
- Drives development work priorities for consumer and workforce efforts (RTEs/release train engineers)
IAM Program Management Office:
- Customer initiatives that include, Consumer, Business, FirstNet/Government, Cricket/Prepaid, and DirecTV
- Workforce initiatives that include SailPoint, PAM/CyberArk, AD Bridging, MFA, and other priorities Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- SOX initiatives that include user access review campaigns, role revalidations, application and database migrations, and remediations
- IAM Organization’s front door to assess external work coming from business units and application owners
- Release management
Financial Management:
- Budgeting and forecasting of Development Cash, Sustaining Expense, and Hardware/Software Capital
- Interface for organization to obtain funding or provide funding to other departments for various initiatives
- Contract administration and business case assessment for vendor labor agreements and software purchases and renewals, interface to Sourcing and Supply Chain organizations
- Interface to CISO budget team and ATS/CSO Finance organization for IAM
Qualifications
- Preferred Master’s degree in Finance, Information Systems, Engineering, Mathematics, or Cybersecurity related fields
- Typically requires 10+ years of experience
Job Contribution:
- Develops the organization’s philosophy, departmental strategies and defines long-term goals and alignment with overall business objectives.
- Typically leads large teams, directly supervising supervisors as well as senior staff within the organization.
- Plays a significant part in cross-functional initiatives across AT&T. Responsible for influencing decisions regarding the hiring, firing, disciplinary action, promotional activity, and pay decisions for subordinates.
