As a member of the Information Security Risk Management Team, analysts must create and maintain a positive and lasting experience with customers. Must be able to think critically to identify root causes of issues and communicate effectively with our customers. Able to interpret Maritz IT security policies and formulate decisions that align with Maritz risk appetite in mind. Works collaboratively with others to perform routine tasks & alert monitoring and resolution.

Primary Responsibilities

50% Support our business continuity and disaster recovery efforts at the company by assisting in reviewing and developing our policies and procedures.  Participate in business impact analysis of business units across the company.

30% Identify, mitigates, and remediates cyber risks throughout the company including security compliance activities for customers, PCI, privacy and internal audit reviews.

20% Support security awareness initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or experience in cyber security risk management in lieu of degree

  • Experience in security audits – Strong understanding of NIST, SOC2, PCI-DSS, or other security frameworks, with experience gathering and providing evidence for audits

  • Experience in business continuity and disaster recovery

  • CISA/CRISC/CISSP certifications a plus

  • Experience with Third Party risk assessments

  • Effective Communication & Collaboration – Ability to work across teams, translating complex security concepts into actionable recommendations for developers, IT staff, and leadership.

  • Ability to work within a team environment to identify and analyze cyber risks, then coordinate tasks and processes with other teams to implement fixes and mitigations to correct the situations.

  • Experience building security awareness initiatives across an organization.

  • Will consider Maritz specific IT experience in lieu of some of the IT security experience.
