Assoc Prin Cybersecurity Analyst

What success looks like in this role:

Job Summary:

We are hiring a Cybersecurity Team Lead – IAM with 8 to 10 years of experience in managing IAM operations, technical leadership, and coordination. The candidate must have deep expertise in SailPoint, Okta, and broader IAM practices, with the ability to lead a team, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and interface with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as technical lead and escalation point for all IAM-related activities.
• Lead implementation, integration, and configuration of SailPoint and Okta.
• Coordinate daily operations, project deliverables, and resource allocation within the IAM team.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver IAM solutions.
• Oversee audits, compliance reviews, and IAM documentation practices.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement across IAM processes.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

Required Skills:

• 8–10 years of experience in IAM with team leadership responsibilities.
• Strong expertise in SailPoint IdentityNow, Okta SSO/MFA, and user lifecycle automation.
• Solid grasp of security best practices, governance frameworks, and policy enforcement.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
