What does a successful Manager, Identity Management Support do? 

At Fiserv, we are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Manager II for our Identity Management Support team. In this role, you will oversee the manual management of Windows Admin privileges across multiple domains, ensuring compliance with access protocols and managing audits of the Local Admin Group (LAG). You will lead a team of AD Support Engineers / Identity Management Engineers, focusing on process improvement, data integrity, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

What you will do:

• Lead and manage a team of AD Support Engineers / Identity Management Engineers, ensuring effective execution of daily operations and incident management.
• Oversee daily audits of the LAG report, implementing best practices to maintain authorized access to Windows servers.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and refine access protocols and procedures, ensuring they meet organizational standards and security requirements.
• Provide strategic insights and recommendations to enhance access management processes and improve overall efficiency.
• Manage escalation points for access-related issues, serving as a liaison between the engineering team and upper management.
• Ensure timely reporting and documentation of team activities, including daily status reports and compliance audits.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Align team objectives with organizational goals and ensure objectives are met within specified timelines.

What you will need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, and/or equivalent military experience.
• 7+ years of experience in IT management with a focus on Active Directory and identity management.
• Proven leadership skills, with experience managing a team in a complex environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Familiarity with tools such as Tanium and CyberArk.

What would be great to have:

• 8+ years of experience in Active Directory management.
• 8+ years of experience in identity management.
• 8+ years of experience with Tanium and CyberArk.
• 8+ years of experience in process improvement initiatives.
• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or other relevant certifications.
