As Principal Product Development, Security & Operations (DevSecOps) - Digital Health, you will be responsible for the application management support of our digital products. This includes having the strong ability to manage priorities as per the SLA’s. You will play a key role in furthering the modernization journey for Alcon Digital team to achieve new heights. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Coordinate Incident Management for multiple digital products 

• Ability to interact with multiple internal teams and work together towards incidents resolution and planning scope of work for Support Team 

• Provide release support for enterprise initiative, upgrades, production hotfixes, and platform maintenance 

• Capable of prioritizing the tasks as per the available capacity of the team and coordinate with Technical and Business team to set the correct expectations 

• Tech savvy and open to learn and apply new concepts and technologies 

• Person should show ownership and accountability for the work assigned to him/her and should be responsible enough to take it to closure 

• Should be able to keep everyone in sync across time zones or teams 

• Experience in leading medium to big sized teams 

• Hands-on experience in scrum master role 

• Self-motivated and proactive behavior 

Key Requirements/Minimum Qualifications: 

• Knowledge on Product Development lifecycle 

• Project planning and forecasting 

• CI/CD Pipelines 

• API & Integration Knowledge 

• Experience in Agile Methodology especially Scrum 

• Hands-on Experience in running all Scrum Ceremonies 

• Vast experience in tools like JIRA, SNOW, Confluence, Bitbucket 

• University degree or adequate equivalent 

• 9+ years of experience 

• Strong problem solving, conflict resolution and analytical skills 

• Strong communication skill, English Proficiency 

Good to Have Skills: 

• Exposure to Healthcare industry 

• E-commerce domain knowledge 

• SAP Commerce Cloud Knowledge
