Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Manage TS networks and confirm controlled access and update to an SCI system.
    • Patching updates and other system administration related tasks on TS networks such as GWAN, JWICS, VIAS, Blue/Red SIS, and Defense Red Switch Network (DRSN) or equivalent.
    • Obtain accounts for personnel with sufficient need and mission impact to SOC or OBAC.
    • Receive, inspect, approve, and record all equipment entering and exiting SCIFs in accordance with appropriate regulations such as DoDM 5105.21 M1.
    • Confirm equipment is installed and removed in accordance with all SCI regulations and TEMPEST policy.
    • Verify IA requirements are satisfied at an acceptable physical and logical architecture specifications level of risk.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 3+ years combined cybersecurity experience holding one or more of the following roles: ISSO, Cybersecurity Analysts, and/or Systems/Network Administrator.
    • 2+ years of experience working RMF/ATO packages either in Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service eMASS or XACTA.
    • 2+ years of experience working with Windows and/or Linux systems administration.
    • Possess a DoD 8570/8140 IAM level 1 certification (i.e., Security + CE, CAP).

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP).
    • Cloud certification (e.g., Certified Cloud Security Professional – CCSP), GIAC Cloud Security Essentials – GCLD, etc.).
    • Network certification (e.g., Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP), GIAC Network Forensic Analyst (GNFA), etc.
    • Experience working in DevSecOps (CI/CD) environments.
    • Knowledgeable with Supply Chain Cyber Risk Management (SCRM).
    • Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and DoD requirements (relevant to confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, nonrepudiation).
    • Knowledge of IT security principles and methods (e.g., firewalls, demilitarized zones, encryption, Zero Trust).
    • Experience with evaluating security vulnerabilities, developing mitigation strategies, or implementing remediation activities according to RMF and Test and Evaluation guidance.
    • Ability to communicate and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and associate contractor teammates to achieve program goals.
    • Experience working on/with Government contracts.
    • Able to multi-task and work with a diverse work group of vendors, executive managers, subcontractors, consultants, and other professionals.

    Education-Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of related ISSO experience.
      Or
    • Associate’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of related ISSO experience.
      Or
    • High School degree and 5+ years of related ISSO experience.

    Other Requirements:

    • U.S. citizenship required.
    • Ability to pass a drug screening.
    • Active Top Secret (TS) Clearance with SCI eligibility and with an investigation or Continuous Evaluation/Vetting date within 5 years.

    Salary Range:

    • $82K to $84K
