Computer Systems Analyst III

**This position is contingent on contract award**

RMC is hiring a Computer Systems Analyst III to support services we provide to the Enterprise Systems (ES) Department of the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Service Centers in Charleston, SC. This support will be primarily for the Data Center and Cloud Hosting Services (DC2HS) Division. As a Computer Systems Analyst, you will review business requirements and designs and develop IT system solutions in response.

Job Duties:

• Installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network
• security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation.
• Individual shall have experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services
• Prepare detailed program specifications, identifies required inputs, and participates in the design, development, and testing of systems.
• Coordinate installation with the end user, tests configuration and recommends modifications to improve functionality, ensuring satisfactory results.
• Ensure data integration and communication between interrelated systems.
• Analyze system infrastructure for compliance with technical design documents.
• Act as a liaison between the development-team and the end users.

Requirements

• Five (5) years of professional experience in systems administration to include supporting daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers.
• One (1) year experience with a data center or cloud environment. Experience may be achieved simultaneously.
• High School diploma or GED. Dependent on task, individual shall meet the latest Cybersecurity workforce certification/training in accordance with DoD 8570.1M and subsequent DoD 8140 manual as applicable.
• At least one (1) of the following IAT Level II certifications: CompTIA Security+ or CompTIA Advanced Security Practitioner (CASP) or Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP).
• An Active DOD Secret Security Clearance is required to start.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The current salary range for this position will be $86,000 to $133,000 (annually).
