Your Opportunity: ComplyRight, a division of Taylor Corporation, has an opening for Security Support Analyst on their team!
The Security Support Analyst performs the role of supporting the compliance manager with security audits and security monitoring. This includes supporting security controls assessments within the application environments as well as internal security auditing. This also includes reviewing security logs and file integrity monitoring. The security analyst supports security engineers with security testing reports and vulnerability remediation tracking. The security analyst also works with business units, product owners and developers to ensure that the applications and supporting infrastructure are compliant with company security policies and industry standards.
Your Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with product/development teams to manage and track vulnerability remediations statuses
- Perform cloud daily security log and file integrity reviews and resolve/escalate as appropriate
- Assist in the performance of application risk assessments including threat assessment, vulnerability assessments, impact analysis and risk determination using automated tools
- Support Security Controls Assessments for applications/systems using specific compliance baselines such as PCI DSS, SOC Trust Service Criteria, HITRUST and NIST 800-53
- Support, and prepare for, enterprise-level and external compliance audits on quarterly/annual bases
- Develop and maintain security documentation such as Secure SDLC, configuration standards, application auditing/logging, change management and other security procedural documents
- Assist in the development and maintenance of security-specific training documentation for the application development teams regarding compliance
- Other supporting duties, as necessary, as required by management and team
You Must Have:
- 2+ years of work experience related to security auditing, monitoring, and compliance
- Experience assessing cloud (e.g. Azure, AWS) application/environment security compliance
- Experience reviewing and escalating security logs and alerts
- Experience working within a regulated environment (e.g. HITRUST, SOC, PCI, IRS, NIST)
- Experience supporting security controls assessments
- Experience developing security documentation such as policies, procedures, configuration standards, RA reports, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong writing/documentation skills
We Would Also Prefer:
- Experience using automated risk management software (e.g. ServiceNow, Archer, LogicManager, etc.)
- Experience using software change management systems (e.g. MS DevOps, Jira, ChangeGear, etc.)
- Relevant security certifications (e.g. Security+, CC, CRISC)
