What does the job look like?

As Security Lead you will be able to work autonomously and can lead a team of multi-disciplined staff as required to ensure the delivery of proactive customer orientated and commercially focused security and investigation services.

Key areas include:

• Maintenance of security operations across Western Australia  
• Management of security related incidents; along with day to day investigation(s) and operational management
• Investigation Management
• Implement incident response procedures to ensure effective incident response procedures
• Corporate Governance Management

Are you the one?

You can demonstrate:

• Holds the appropriate Security, Firearms and Driver’s License Tertiary qualifications in Risk Management, business or related discipline desirable
• Demonstrated ability to operate in an environment requiring prominent levels of confidentiality
• Proven high level of administration and organisational skills, including ability to prioritise and delegate work to meet deadlines and achieve outcomes
• Demonstrable experience in interpreting and applying legislation
• Strong knowledge and experience with firearms
