Job Description

Cybertrust Germany is seeking a Senior CyberArk Consultant to join their cybersecurity consulting team through a flexible nearshore model. The consultant will work in a hybrid setup, with a minimum of 1 day per week onsite at the Porto, Lisbon, or Aveiro office. However, there is potential flexibility for a fully remote setup, depending on the profile.

This role focuses on delivering high-impact Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions using the CyberArk platform for large enterprise environments across international clients.

What you will do:

• Design and implement CyberArk-based PAM solutions.
• Configure session recording, credential management, and access policies.
• Deploy and manage PAM in landing zones and Kubernetes environments.
• Integrate CyberArk with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
• Analyze and address IT, business, and compliance requirements.
• Provide ongoing operational support for PAM environments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary, international cybersecurity team.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in PAM implementation projects.
• Proven experience with CyberArk technologies in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Privileged Access Management concepts.
• Experience with session recording configuration.
• Hands-on work in Kubernetes and cloud landing zones.
• Advanced understanding of privileged credential management.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  
  PLUS:
• CyberArk Trustee, Defender, or Sentry certifications
• Industry-recognized security certifications (CISSP, CISM, or equivalents)
