Job Summary:

Join Accenture as an IT Internal Audit Manager, where you will play a key role in assessing and mitigating IT risks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing IT security processes. You will execute risk-based audit plans, develop audit strategies, and provide leadership with insights on cybersecurity, IT operations, and compliance risks.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute IT audits aligned with Accenture’s audit methodology and global standards.
• Assess IT operating procedures, cybersecurity controls, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct IT-integrated audits in collaboration with operational, compliance, and financial audit teams.
• Manage audit work plans, documentation, findings, and reporting in a structured manner.
• Identify risks related to emerging technologies, including AI, cloud computing, and IoT.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements and risk mitigation strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to enhance audit effectiveness.
• Prepare high-quality audit reports and presentations for leadership and the Audit Committee.
• Contribute to the professional development and upskilling of the Internal Audit team.
• Stay updated on evolving IT security trends, compliance requirements, and audit best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in IT internal audit, cybersecurity, or risk assessment.
• Strong understanding of IT compliance frameworks and industry regulations.
• Experience with IT security assessments, cloud security, and automation risk reviews.
• Proficiency in risk-based auditing methodologies and internal control evaluations.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business insights.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment.
