Cybersecurity Engineer

Key Role:

Develop software and hardware solutions on a variety of technology platforms. Work well in a dynamic team to accomplish bleeding edge work in reverse engineering, offensive curriculum development, and non-traditional penetration testing. Innovate solutions to complex cyber risk problems. Apply technical solutions working in virtualized environments.

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience with SCADA or PLC systems
• Experience using systems engineering and digital engineering approaches to manage system architecture definition, requirements development, or technical baseline
• Knowledge of multiple domains, including programming, networking, operating systems such as Windows or Linux, and penetration testing
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a CS field

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience working with IoT devices
• Experience working on CAN bus
• Experience working in virtualized environments
• Experience programming with Python, C, or C++
• Ability to support client exercises during non-traditional work hours
• Top Secret clearance

Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
