This position is a key member of the Corporate Security Office. You will have a direct role in ensuring that Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems, and other systems found in our manufacturing and production environments operate in a secure manner in order to reduce the organization’s overall Cyber risk.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform cybersecurity risk assessments of Signify manufacturing sites and systems, then provide recommendations and assist local stakeholders to improve their overall level of security.
- Assist in the development of action plans and risk mitigation strategies for various factories in different countries (Mexico, Argentina, Brazil, the United States, and Canada).
- Design and conduct OT cybersecurity training for Signify employees.
- Provide input and review the Information Security Standard for controls specific to manufacturing environments.
- Ensure comprehensive updates and reporting to higher Corporate Security Management
- Lead and contribute practically to key projects, ensuring their compatibility with the strategic direction
- Be a trusted advisor to manufacturing groups to ensure their systems are architected and configured with security in mind
Your qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science preferred; other Engineering or technical disciplines accepted, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, having participated in various projects under the NIST CSF or IEC 62443 framework.
- At least two years of experience in OT environments (IoT and industrial) in cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity controls and technologies (hardening, IDS, vulnerability management, networks, and segmentation...).
- 25% travel is required. Must be willing to travel, both Globally and domestically.
- High level of English, as most of the work is conducted in this language.
- 2+ years experience with SAP MES preferred, but not required
- Cybersecurity (CISSP, CSSA, GICSP, ISA/EIC 62443 or similar) certifications Security and/or Supply Chain (CSCP) certifications preferred, but not required
