We are looking for a Technical Compliance Manager to deliver industry leading Online Sports and Gaming product, focusing on ensuring that those products are compliant for all jurisdictions that Superbet operates in.
We're looking for someone with:
- 3+ years experience in international regulated online gambling companies, in a Technical Compliance and/ or Compliance Product role.
- Track record of delivery of new market entry and cross region support of existing markets.
- Experience in managing regulatory audits (internal and external).
- Understanding of requirements and roadmaps.
- Experience of horizon scanning and reviewing potential changes in existing markets.
- Experience interacting and liaising with legal, compliance and external companies.
- Ability to work directly with technical teams and effectively communicate at all levels.
- Strong knowledge of Online Gambling Industry.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced, results-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of technology and agile development methodologies.
- Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
- Good understanding of GDPR, AML and InfoSec are a plus.
What you'll be doing:
Regulatory Requirements
- Key stakeholder in the organization for technical compliance.
- You will work closely with Product and Engineering teams to support new and ongoing regulatory product changes.
- Work with other teams in the company to prioritise and deliver regulatory requirements.
- Responsible for ensuring that regulatory requirements are implemented and delivered as specified.
Market Entry Requirements
- Liaise with local commercial stakeholders to drive legislative product requirements for entry into new online markets.
- Own and manage technical certifications and deliver on time for launch dates.
- Understand the regulations specific to that market.
Advisory
- One of the main stakeholders from the technical Organization, representing the business in discussions and negotiations with the regulatory and compliance teams, in order to achieve the optimal commercial outcome.
Customer Centric
- While ensuring our products are compliant, we must obsess about our customers and their needs to define and shape our products for their optimal experience.
Product Lifecycle Management
- Works with stakeholders to sign off on our implementation of legislative requirements.
- Liaise with dedicated product teams to deliver requirements within their ownership.
- Responsible for input defining the Outcomes and Key Results for Tech Compliance Team.
- Prioritizes initiatives based on Legislative Risk, Customer Value, Business Viability and Technology feasibility.
- Works with Engineering team and Product Managers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions to legislative requirements.
- UAT deliverables to ensure that product has been developed to specifications and is compliant.
