Job Description

We are seeking an experienced leader to serve as our Director of IT, Digital & Data, and Cybersecurity (DB&T) for the Veolia Taiwan Business Unit, which includes a head-office and various subsidiaries. This pivotal role will be responsible for driving our organisation’s technological advancement, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making while ensuring robust cybersecurity measures.
The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive strategy that leverages IT, Digital & Data to enhance operational efficiency, drive business growth, and maintain a competitive edge in our industry.

Key responsibilities:
- Align IT strategies with business objectives
- Spearhead digital transformation initiatives, especially using Google tools
- Develop and implement data management and analytics programs, particularly through datalakes
- Establish and maintain cybersecurity framework
- Coordinate network of digital & technology professionals

Qualifications

1.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
2.Minimum 10 years of experience in IT leadership roles, with at least 5 years in senior management positions.
3.Proven track record in successfully leading digital transformation initiatives and managing complex IT environments.
4.Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and data protection regulations.
5.Experience with data analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technologies such as Data Science AI, and machine learning.
6.Excellent leadership, communication and strategic thinking skills.
7.Fluency in Mandarin and English.
8.Knowledge of the Google environment is highly desirable.
