Sodexo is seeking a Cybersecurity Program Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management the cybersecurity program for Guthrie Clinic in Sayre, PA. This role will be embedded within a healthcare facility and act as the key liaison between Sodexo’s enterprise cybersecurity leadership and the hospital’s IT, Clinical, Security, and Executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in cybersecurity, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive program performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), while aligning with Sodexo’s enterprise cybersecurity strategy.

What You'll Do

• Lead the implementation and sustainment of a complex cybersecurity program within a healthcare facility.

• Engage regularly with hospital leaders in IT, clinical, quality, security, and audit functions.

• Provide guidance on cybersecurity issues related to medical devices and urgent threats.

• Support internal and external cybersecurity audits and lead remediation efforts.

• Oversee local HTM cybersecurity training and awareness programs for staff and leadership.

• Evaluate and develop cybersecurity competencies within the HTM team.

• Represent Sodexo in industry forums and maintain up-to-date knowledge of cybersecurity trends.

• Drive stakeholder alignment, change management, and resource planning to ensure program success.

What You Bring

• Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder cybersecurity programs, preferably in a healthcare environment.

• Strong understanding of cybersecurity standards, healthcare compliance requirements, and risk management practices.

• Excellent project and program management skills.

• Familiarity with healthcare technologies, especially medical devices.

• Effective communicator with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.

• Demonstrated ability to manage KPIs and drive results across functional teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field.
