What we’re looking for

As Marketing Executive for our HR Solutions division, you’ll work alongside the Senior Marketing Manager (Inside Sales & Partnerships) and the Marketing Manager (HR Solutions) to own and run your own campaigns from day one.

This hands-on role includes:

  • Crafting compelling messaging tailored to SMEs (typically 0–50 employees)
  • Building automated email journeys and digital campaigns that convert.
  • Creating sales-ready assets like landing pages, toolkits, and email templates.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across sales, partnerships, and product teams.
  • Using insights and performance data to refine and optimise your campaigns.

You'll be instrumental in helping shape our go-to-market strategy and driving revenue growth through intelligent, insight-led marketing.


About You

We’re looking for someone who brings:

  • Around 3 years’ B2B marketing experience, ideally focused on lead generation
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (preferably Pardot) and CRMs like Salesforce.
  • A commercial mindset and a track record of running digital campaigns.
  • A collaborative spirit, a curious nature, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

You’ll have the confidence to own your projects, the creativity to make them stand out, and the drive to continuously improve through testing and learning.
