Group Security International supports NAB Group operations around the globe. The Physical Security Officer will support and contribute to the establishment, deployment and operation of NAB’s Physical Security and Emergency Management. You will act as a key partner to the NAB Vietnam offices, engaging with them to understand security concerns and to develop positive security culture amongst colleagues 

YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Support Executive Group Security Vietnam and Regional Security Officer on physical security domain/responsibilities  

• Emergency management and warden alignment.  

• Assist with local security incidents.  

• Maintain and test physical security controls on site daily, escalate to appropriate stakeholders when issues arise and follow resolution.  

• Monitor intelligence platforms for adverse weather, geopolitical, unrest, protest etc and escalate as required.  

• Analyse data sets across security operations to deliver reporting, including industry insights and Analysis.  

• Support the delivery of awareness initiatives to uplift security culture.  

• Develop and review processes and SOPS that support service delivery.  

• Work collaboratively to improve delivery and operational processes within Region.  

• Support the production of threat and risk assessments.  

• Identify initiatives to deliver cost and productivity improvement in the delivery of service. 

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Proven (3+ years) experience in security and/or risk management. 

• High degree of autonomy, strong time management and ability to prioritise workload within agreed parameters.  

• Experience in making sound recommendations to address BAU issues and deliverables.  

• Ability to manage competing priorities and able to quickly grasp unfamiliar business operations 

• Data analysis, Risk management, Data/intelligence gathering and analysis.  

• Ability to build and maintain liaison partnerships with Government and Non-Government Organization.  

• Excellent skills in MS office suite  

• Stakeholder engagement. 

• Strong Written and verbal communication skills. 

• Preferably ex-Government law enforcement/intelligence 

• Preference for relevant tertiary/post-graduate qualifications (security/risk management) or industry accreditations (e.g. CPP). 

Other capabilities (technical)  

• Proactively manage risk, meeting all policy and compliance requirements 

• Perform controls; adhere to processes and procedures pertinent to the role 

• Conduct site physical security surveys  

• Oversight physical security contractor management and governance 

• Applying physical security technology changes in alignment with change management methodologies and escalate events, issues or breaches as they are identified.
