The Cybersecurity Engineer will be responsible for authoring, collaborating, and reviewing the execution of activities necessary to achieve compliance with product-related Functional Safety and Cybersecurity Goals

This role will be responsible for the creation of work product artifacts according to the Cybersecurity Interface Agreement (CIA) and Global Process QA (GPQA) process definitions for the product cybersecurity lifecycle. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that all required standards (ASPICE, ISO 26262, ISO 21434, etc.) and customer specifications are met for Autoliv’s products (composed of electronics internally-developed as well as third-party electronics that are incorporated into Autoliv’s systems)

Threat Analysis and Risk Assessment (TARA) 

Cybersecurity Goal Definition 

Harmonize customer/internal cybersecurity requirements 

Cybersecurity Concept (Functional, Technical) o DFMECA, FTA, weakness & vulnerability analyses 

Cybersecurity Design (system, hardware, software) 

Verification Activities (reviews, test specifications/procedures, test results) 

Cybersecurity Validation strategy 

P-SIRT (vulnerability monitoring) o Monitor Incident Response 

Track open issues, corrective actions 

Change Management / Re-Use Analyses

and if you have/are:

  • Ability to work within a matrixed multi-national organization, and to also work effectively with cross-functional teams · 
  • Ability to operate in a global project organization
  • More than 3 years in focused on Cyber Security in the automotive electronics industry; experience in passive or active safety is a plus.
  • Fluent in English Romanian a plus 
  • French or German a plus
  • Chinese or Japanese a plus
