Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity - Budget coordination

The Senior Analyst, Cybersecurity will support the delivery and governance of Cybersecurity, Cyber Risk, and IT Assurance systems within Stryker’s security ecosystem. Reporting to the Associate Manager, Cybersecurity, this role will focus on project and contract execution, governance, financial tracking, vendor coordination, and process improvements to ensure seamless integration and maintenance of security solutions. The analyst will collaborate with key stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to drive operational excellence, compliance, and cost-effectiveness in solution delivery.
Solution Delivery & Operations:
Assist in tracking licensing, usage, and compliance with CCI stakeholders and IT Asset Management to ensure contract adherence.
Support monitoring and issue remediation for services to uphold delivery excellence.
Collect and analyze customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.
Work with project portfolio teams to support business case financial models and provide ongoing financial updates for project execution and reporting.
Governance & Vendor Management:
Support and monitor vendor performance against contractual agreements and service-level expectations.
Support quarterly and annual vendor reviews to assess performance and adjust agreements as needed.
Assist in contract processing, renewals, and governance oversight to ensure compliance and financial alignment tracking and reporting.
Track and report on service KPIs, preparing insights for IT leadership and key stakeholders.
Financial Management & Budget Tracking:
Help track and reconcile budgeted versus actual expenses for cybersecurity solutions.
Assist in quarterly forecasts and financial projections, liaising with Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams.
Support initiatives to enhance financial visibility and compliance with corporate accounting policies.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
Assist in maintaining records of contracts, approvals, and financial workflows to streamline security solution management.
Support in compiling and presenting operational reports for budget and contract evaluations.
Identify inefficiencies in workflows, document processes, and recommend enhancements to improve contract and financial operations.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external vendors to facilitate approvals and reporting requirements.
Education & special trainings:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor’s degree in the areas of Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent field of study preferred.
ITIL Foundations v3 certification plus
CISSP or other related Security certifications plus
Qualifications & experience:
At least 6 years of experience in the field or in a related area required.
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Demonstrated ability to lead through influence.
Demonstrated ability to manage and execute competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong critical thinking / problem solving skills
Demonstrated experience leading service operations and service delivery (build) teams. Experience with one or more implementations of the Agile methodology and DevOps practices preferred.
