Veralto has a role where your expertise in Sarbanes- Oxley SOX IT controls can safeguard not just systems—but trust, innovation, and performance across a world-class portfolio of companies. As our IT SOX Compliance Lead, you’ll be the driving force behind ensuring compliance, strengthening IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) control design, and supporting digital transformation across Veralto’s global Operating Companies. You'll partner with senior leaders, guide teams through change, system implementations and play a key role in audit readiness, process innovation, and strategic IT initiatives. This position reports to the Vice President, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) and offers the opportunity to work across a dynamic, global enterprise.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead IT Compliance Strategy: Oversee and continuously enhance the effectiveness of Veralto’s SOX IT controls program across all Operating Companies
  • Be a Trusted Partner: Collaborate with Operating Company CIOs, functional leaders, and external auditors to drive alignment, issue resolution, and audit readiness
  • Own the Process: From system scoping to control design, remediation, reporting, and training—your leadership will influence every layer of IT compliance
  • Train & Elevate Teams: Develop and deliver practical training and resources that demystify SOX and empower control owners across the business
  • Support Growth: Guide IT General Controls (ITGC) and IT Application Controls (ITAC) control design during new system implementations and technology rollouts
  • Drive Innovation: Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and scale SOX control programs using modern tools and best practices


The essential requirements of the job include:  

  • Bachelor’s in Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience with IT SOX programs, controls design, and risk management
  • Deep knowledge of COSO, COBIT, and SOX 404 compliance
  • Excellent communicator and collaborator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • Experience driving IT controls in global or multi-entity environments
  • 15% travel to include domestic and international trips 
  • CISA, CISSP, or CISM certifications (preferred but not required)
  • Cybersecurity experience (preferred but not required)

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $180,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.
