Wells Fargo is seeking an Executive Director, Sr. Lead Information Security Analyst professional that will play a critical role in driving the IAM organization’s enterprise security strategy across Cloud environments, Privileged Access, and Authentication. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing and optimizing authentication solutions, securing cloud infrastructure, and enforcing identity-centric security controls to protect enterprise resources and data. This role requires a strong technical foundation in identity and access management along with SME level depth in Cloud, Privileged access, Non-Human access, or Authentication protocols.
In this role, you will:
Develop and maintain the enterprise security strategy and roadmap in alignment with business goals and compliance requirements.
Serve as a technical authority and Subject Matter Expert on one of the security mechanisms (Cloud, MFA, Authentication, Privileged Access, Non-Human access)
Lead risk assessments and threat modeling for cloud-based systems and services.
Design and enforce security policies and controls for IaaS, PaaS, SaaS environments.
Support IAM program initiatives, including role-based access control (RBAC), privileged access management (PAM), Cloud, Non-Human Accounts and identity lifecycle management.
Collaborate with IAM, cloud, endpoint, and application teams to embed secure authentication into existing and new systems.
Collaborate with DevOps and engineering teams to implement security automation and CI/CD pipeline integrations.
Guide implementation of Zero Trust principles across the various workstreams
Partner with architecture, engineering, compliance and legal teams to ensure security is embedded into the security workstreams.
Monitor and enhance IAM risk management processes, ensuring timely mitigation and security gaps.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
5+ years of Identity Access Management experience
5+ years of Technology or Business controls experience
3+ years related work experience in financial industry operations or systems.
Experience with IAM technologies such as Okta, SailPoint, Microsoft Azure AD, CyberArk or similar platforms.
Familiarity with authentication protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, LDAP) and compliance frameworks.
Experience in establishing IAM processes controls related to on-prem cloud environments.
Security certifications such as CCSP, CISSP, AWS Certified, Azure Security Engineering, GCSA, CISM
Proven ability to manage IAM projects, optimize processes, and drive operational efficiencies.
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel for business up to 10%
