Intermediate Cyber Test Analyst

Mobius has an exciting position for an Intermediate Analyst supporting the Missile Defense Agency (MDA)’s Directorate for Cyber Test (MDA/DTY) in all aspects of Missile Defense System (MDS) cyber test planning and execution.  The candidate will work with multiple mission stakeholders in planning, coordinating, and executing all phases of cyber testing within the Missile Defense Agency.

Duties of an Intermediate Analyst may include:

• Provide cyber test analysis support on complex system-level development and operational cyber test events in the Hardware in the Loop (HWIL) and/or operational environments.
• Assist with implementing component and system cyber security test planning and execution.
• Collaborate with MDA, other DoD and non-DoD military, civilian and contractor personnel to identify, Verify, and request system-level assets to be assessed during the cyber test in support of deployment decisions of Missile Defense System (MDS) capabilities.
• Assist in scheduling assets to ensure the mission will meet test execution and overall MDA objectives.
• Prepare decision-quality materials such as test execution, briefings and supporting documentation (staff call charts, fact sheets, status reports, progress reports, and information papers) for senior level cyber test technical reviews, executive reviews and milestone decision meetings.
• Identify, generate and manage schedules, requirements and other documentation in support of cyber test operations.
• Provide insight towards the development of the Integrated Data Management Plan (IDMP) and provide status updates on the submission and cataloging of Data Item Description (DID) inputs related to the cyber test events.

Qualifications:

• 7 years relevant experience; 10 years of relevant experience may be substituted for the BA/BS degree requirement
• Capable of utilizing, adapting and developing analytic techniques and processes for both technical and administrative support activities
• Capable of working as a member of team to assist with solving complex problems involving test planning, integration, execution, and analysis
• Able to communicate effectively across multiple internal and external organizations, verbally, electronically, and in writing
• Understanding of MDS Testing is desired
