We are looking for a Compliance Counsel!
As our Compliance Counsel at WirelessCar, you’ll play a central role in driving our product and solution compliance:
One part of your role will be to develop and maintain the WirelessCar product compliance management system.
Your main focus will be supporting our Solution Unit – Connected Services, where you'll have the opportunity to work on areas such as AI, data, and cybersecurity. You’ll provide expert guidance, conduct compliance analyses, and collaborate with policy owners, subject matter experts, and external law firms while staying updated on legal changes that impact our offerings. You’ll also help ensure alignment with key legal frameworks like the EU Data Act, EU AI Act, NIS2 and other evolving regulations in the digital arena.
You’ll monitor regulatory developments, particularly in the digital space, and help refine our compliance practices to align with the latest changes. Your work will be vital in mitigating risks and supporting WirelessCar’s commitment to innovation and product compliance.

- Master’s degree in law from an EU country, preferably Sweden.
- Relevant experience in software or automotive industry.
- At least 5 years of proven experience in digital product compliance, e.g., cybersecurity, AI, data, or related areas.
- International experience – working with different markets and navigating their respective laws and regulations.
- Strong self-leadership skills.
- Fluency in English required, both verbal and written.
Beneficial:
- Experience from both law firms and in-house roles, with a particular focus on in-house experience.
- Beneficial language skills: German, Japanese or Chinese.
