API Security Architecture: Design and implement secure API architectures on the Azure platform, including defining authentication, authorization, and data protection mechanisms.
API Security Reviews: Conduct thorough security reviews of API code and functions across various platforms to identify vulnerabilities and ensure adherence to security best practices.
SIEM Integration and Audit: Architect and oversee the integration of Azure services with our Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) system. This includes reviewing and documenting SIEM SDP (Security Data Platform) audit reviews and SIEM AD (Azure Active Directory) audit reviews to ensure comprehensive security monitoring and alerting.
User Behavior Analytics: Lead the development, testing, and implementation of user baseline behavior analytics within the South America (SA) region to detect and respond to anomalous activities and potential insider threats.
Security Policy and Standards: Define and enforce Azure security policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization.
Threat Modeling and Risk Assessment: Conduct threat modeling exercises and security risk assessments for Azure-based applications and infrastructure.
Security Implementation and Configuration: Implement and configure Azure security services and tools, such as Azure Security Center, Azure Sentinel, Azure Active Directory, Azure Key Vault, and Azure Firewall.
Incident Response: Participate in security incident response activities related to the Azure environment.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with development, operations, and other security teams to ensure security is integrated throughout the software development lifecycle.
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive security architecture documentation, including diagrams, policies, and procedures.
