ROLE AND CONTEXT

Purpose: 

As a Trellix ePO Blackberry Workspace, MDM, Titus Dataclassification L2 Engineer, the role primarily focuses on providing technical support for Trellix ePO (Endpoint Protection Optimization), troubleshooting issues, assisting in deployments, and ensuring the health of related security components. The goal is to maintain network security, optimize system performance, and ensure smooth operations for clients and internal teams.

Main Priorities: 

 

• Technical issue resolution with deep-dive analysis of logs and events.
• Deployment & configuration support for Trellix ePO solutions.
• Security policy implementation in network infrastructure.
• Collaboration with OEMs for support, replacements, and reconfiguration.
• Ensuring SLA compliance and structured reporting.
• Working in a 24x7 rotational shift environment.

Key Outputs:

- Efficient troubleshooting & support for Trellix ePO, Blackberry Workspace, MDM, and Titus Dataclassification.

- Proactive monitoring & health checks of security components and related platforms.

- Effective collaboration with Level 3 teams for escalations.

- Security policy enforcement on Proxy/WAF/NDLP solutions.

- Incident and problem resolution aligned with compliance and SLAs.

- Detailed reporting on daily/monthly/quarterly metrics.

- Uptime & health status of security components.

- Incident resolution efficiency and escalations handled.

- Quality of reports & SLA compliance.

- Timely deployment and configuration of solutions.

 

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: B.E/BTech/B.Sc. in relevant fields.

 

Skills/ Knowledge:

- Deep expertise in McAfee EPO, EDR, Titus, and MDM.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage Proxy/WAF/NDLP environments.

- Proficiency in Windows, Linux, Unix systems.

- Effective communication and leadership abilities.

- Capability to motivate teams and meet project deadlines.

- Adaptability to work under pressure with a structured approach.

 

 

Certifications (if any) : 

- CEH, CISA, CISM, ISO 27001

- CCNA, RHEL, MCSA, UNIX

 

 

Experience (add relevant Exp also)

• 4–5 years of experience required in the domain.
• Good to have experience with McAfee Application Control/Proxy Web Gateway.
