The global Identity, Directory & Access Management (IDAM) team defines and enforces policies, executes processes, and enables systems to ensure appropriate access management across Zoetis' digital ecosystem. Key IDAM functions at Zoetis include Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), Directory & Authentication Services, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), and Privileged Access Management (PAM), among others.

The IDAM Data Hygiene, Access Recertification and Compliance Sr Analyst is responsible for managing a variety of IDAM services within the Zoetis India Capability Center (ZICC). This role focuses on ensuring the quality and timeliness of identity data flows, conducting access recertification campaigns, maintaining catalogs of roles and entitlements, and performing identity data-related tasks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies. The Sr Analyst must possess broad functional proficiency in key areas of IDAM, including the use of tools to gather corrections and clean data efficiently. This role also requires close collaboration with stakeholders across diverse technology and business teams to drive alignment and operational excellence.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Percent of Time
• Manage IDAM Data Hygiene activities, ensuring clean, accurate, and well-managed identity data across systems.
• Collaborate closely with HR and other stakeholders to maintain data quality and integrity.
• Monitor data feeds from HR to the Identity Data Warehouse to ensure regular updates and escalate any system issues or interruptions that interfere with the data flow.
• Execute campaigns to identify, correct, and refresh identity data, including demographic information, application entitlements, roles, service and functional accounts, and other critical identity attributes.
• Execute access recertification campaigns to assess whether individuals should retain access to data and application functionality or have their access revoked.
• Maintain and update catalogs of roles, entitlements, and access policies to ensure consistency and reduce access-related risks.
• Develop and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reports to track the effectiveness of data hygiene and access recertification efforts and communicate results to leadership.
• Develop and implement methodologies to gather and verify ownership information for accounts, groups, etc… when the current owner has left. This may include tools such as Excel trackers, email workflows, SharePoint lists/forms, and Power Apps to facilitate follow-ups and updates.
• Provide Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for data-related issues, troubleshooting complex problems and delivering timely, high-quality user experiences.
• Participate in shift rotations to deliver 16x5 operations for IDAM services and provide off-hours escalation support for high-priority incidents (P1, P2).
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation, evidence, and insights related to identity data hygiene and access recertification.
• Identify opportunities to optimize IDAM solutions, introduce new features, and build compelling business cases to support strategic initiatives.
• Provide training and guidance to business and technology teams on identity data management best practices and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on emerging IDAM technologies, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with industry standards.
• Ensure compliance with global IDAM policies and processes, as well as relevant regulatory requirements, delivering secure and efficient access to Zoetis information systems for all users.
• Collaborate closely with technology, infrastructure, platform, and application teams and other stakeholders to maintain data quality and integrity while aligning IDAM services with business objectives.

ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIPS
• Reports directly to ZICC IDAM IGA & PAM Technology Lead, with dotted line to US-based Head of IDAM and IDAM Operations Lead
• Be part of the global Technology Risk Management organization, which reports to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO).
• Collaborate regularly with ZTD application, business partner, and infrastructure teams
• Interact with external vendors or partners providing software, services, or APIs that require integration with IDAM systems, including establishing requirements, negotiating contracts, and facilitating technical integration.
• Collaborate with implementation partners responsible for deploying, configuring, or maintaining integrated solutions within Zoetis’ IT landscape.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Education:
• University Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is required
• MS or advanced security/identity courses or other applicable certifications is desirable, including
o Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
Experience:
• Minimum 6+ years of experience in Information Systems
• 4+ years of detailed, hands-on experience with IDAM data, flows, and systems
• 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or other regulated industry, especially Animal Health.
• Experience working with global teams across multiple time zones.
• Proven experience in managing medium to large-scale, global IT projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work within diverse technical teams.
• Proven experience in leading technical teams and managing end-to-end solution delivery.
• Strong experience collaborating with Managed Service Providers (MSPs), with a focus on ensuring quality and alignment.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
This is a detailed, hands functional role. The ideal candidate will demonstrate proficiency in these areas and provide leadership:


• Data Flows and Analysis:
o Experience with relational databases, especially querying MS SQL Server.
o Familiarity with data warehouses and ETL tools such as Informatica.
o Proficiency in data analytics and automation tools such as Alteryx, including streamlining workflows and troubleshooting data-related issues.
o Strong MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
o Proficiency in creating dashboards, metrics, and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau to track data hygiene and recertification progress.
o Experience working with SharePoint lists, forms, and workflows.
o Proficiency in PowerShell for automation of data monitoring, troubleshooting, and directory update tasks.
o Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and the ability to collaborate effectively with teams managing data warehouses to support identity-related processes.
• Identity Governance and Administration (IGA):
o Background working within IGA tools, such as SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ).
o Experience configuring and facilitating access recertification campaigns.
o Experience loading, analyzing, and curating entitlement catalogs within IGA tools.
o Familiarity with global IDAM policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, SOX, HIPAA).
o Awareness of audit processes and tools for tracking identity-related compliance.
• Enterprise & Cloud Directories:
o Proficiency with Microsoft Active Directory (AD), including account and group management and administration.
o Functional understanding of Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), including Conditional Access Policies, Modern Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and related technologies.
• End-User and Technology Team Support:
o Experience providing or supervising Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) support for identity and authentication issues for end users and technology teams.
o Knowledge of troubleshooting authentication failures and collaborating with application teams to resolve availability issues.
o Familiarity with incident response and root cause analysis for authentication service outages, identity synchronization issues, and cybersecurity events.
o Experience working with Service Desk, Site Services, and Security Operations teams to enhance IAM support processes.
• Desirable Skills:
o Experience with Microsoft Power Apps, including building or customizing forms and applications to enhance identity-related workflows or integrations.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.

PHYSICAL POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Availability to work between 1 PM IST to 10 PM IST, ensuring a minimum of 3 hours of daily overlap with the US Eastern Time zone. Flexibility to provide off-hours escalation support for high-priority incidents (P1, P2) as needed.
