The team
The Cyber Security team is responsible for protecting the organisation’s critical systems and data. Within the team, the Product Owner plays a key role in managing the delivery of all changes to Enterprise Security products. This includes coordinating software development, infrastructure updates, service improvements and the resolution of technical debt across platforms and in-scope systems. Working closely with engineers, stakeholders and service teams, the Product Owner ensures security solutions are delivered effectively and aligned with business priorities. It's a collaborative, fast-paced environment focused on innovation, resilience and continuous improvement in the face of evolving cyber threats.
What will you be doing?
Delivering change and operational services for large, complex Enterprise Security products
Leading the end-to-end delivery of technical and security solutions that meet agreed service acceptance criteria
Applying agile and DevOps practices to drive efficient, high-quality product delivery
Taking ownership of multiple security products and their lifecycle management
Leading and collaborating with a cross-functional Product team to ensure successful outcomes

Which skills are required?

Minimum
Extensive experience as an architect in cloud infrastructure and/or cybersecurity, with a proven ability to develop strategies, roadmaps and architectural delivery plans for large-scale projects
Background in applying formal architectural methodologies and frameworks
Experience in end-to-end project or product delivery using established development methodologies such as Prince2, RUP, Scrum or Agile
Essential
Proven experience managing the backlog and delivery of cyber security products
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of engineers in a technical or security-focused environment
Familiarity with Zero Trust, Secure Service Edge, Cloud Native Application Protection Platforms, Cloud Infrastructure and Information Security
Knowledge of Cloud Security Posture Management, and Secure Access Service Edge products
Ability to quickly understand and align with the organisation’s business drivers and core operational processes
Effective collaboration and communication skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
