Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly influential Manager, Cyber Defense – Cyber Threat Prevention Services to join our Information Security and Risk Management Team at FM!
This role involves leading a team of individuals and the development of critical capabilities across multiple domains essential to Cyber Threat Prevention at FM including Vulnerability Management, Endpoint Protection and Response (EDR), E-Mail Protection, and Data Loss Prevention/Information Protection capabilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong cybersecurity background, have experience leading large complex initiatives, as well as extensive experience developing cybersecurity architectures and defining strategic roadmaps.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- 5-10 years' experience in roles of increasing complexity and strategic influence within the cybersecurity field.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering cybersecurity solutions in a large organization.
- Understanding of EDR tools and modern adversary tactics and techniques.
- Knowledge of email security protocols and tools.
- Experience implementing enterprise Data Loss Prevention programs, strategies and tools including policy refinement and data classification and discovery.
- Experience operating enterprise vulnerability management programs inclusive of vulnerability scanning, prioritization, reporting and metrics.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to articulate security issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to assess and manage risks associated with cybersecurity threats.
- Commitment to staying current with the latest cybersecurity trends and changes to the threat landscape.
- A servant leader with exceptional planning, analytical, decision-making, organization, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as strong commercial insurance knowledge with the ability to influence others and build consensus.
- Able to make difficult and quick decisions daily with incomplete information for all products across the journey.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive projects towards completion.
- Experience collaborating effectively with team members and leadership at all levels.

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Information Security / Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience or technical training with a non-related degree.
- Related certifications such as CISSP, DLP, Crowdstrike EDR, GSEC, CCSP, GCED, GDAT, GDSA, GWAPT a plus.
The annual salary for this position is $134,080 to $192,700 and will be determined based on individual qualifications.
