Job Title: CIAM Engineer

Location: Bangalore, India (Hubrid)

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CIAM systems with existing applications and infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain CIAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
• Monitor and analyze CIAM system performance and security.
• Troubleshoot and resolve CIAM-related issues.
• Stay updated with the latest CIAM technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in CIAM and IAM domains.
• Strong understanding of identity management, authentication, and authorization protocols (e.g., OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with CIAM platforms such as Okta, Auth0, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Certifications in CIAM/IAM technologies.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
