A bit about the job:
This role exists to ensure the operational efficiency of security technology solutions at Aviva.
As a Security Engineering Manager, you will be leading a dynamic team, responsible for monitoring and securing the operational efficiency of security solutions developed by platform and transformation teams.
You will provide technical support, drive service improvements, and contribute to the evolution of the Security Engineering Practice.
Your work will be crucial in maintaining the security, performance, and availability of our systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Security Engineering Manager role.
Strong technology platform architecture and support skills pertinent to security technology stacks.
Experience with cloud-based and on-premises data management suites.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to lead internal and external suppliers and engage with senior stakeholders.

Starting salary between £80,000 and £100,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
