Information Security Analyst Associate/Project Scheduler

Our work depends on Information Security Analyst Associate joining our team to provide services in support of the U.S. Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM). You will support the creation and publication of technical documentations and manuals. You will support NETCOM in collection and interpretation of technical data or information and coordination of layouts for publication to Army Enterprise programs at various life cycle stages.
We are looking to hire a full-time Project Scheduler to support our IT services contract located at Fort Huachuca, AZ.
How the Information Security Analyst/Project Scheduler will make an impact:
- Provides technical, administrative, and operational leadership to assigned project or tasks.
- Coordinates task delegation for validated requests for service between government customers and PMs/engineers
- Maintains accountability of personnel, equipment, resources, and training readiness of the assigned workforce
- Prepares deliverable products (briefing, tracking, situation reports, in progress reviews, monthly status, other correspondence) for the lead PM
- Submits requests for equipment and material necessary for the onboarding of new personnel
- Receives and routes message traffic of interest to HR, finance, and PM leadership
- Maintains current knowledge of relevant technology as assigned.
- Participates in special projects as required
Education
- BA/BS or equivalent experience
Qualifications/Certifications
- DoD 8570.1-M Certification: IAM I
- Security+ Certification
- Clearance: Secret
- 2+ years of experience in information technology field
- In-depth understanding of the task order requirements, their responsibilities, and the ability, knowledge, experience, and skills to carry-out those requirements and responsibilities
- DoD and Army Cybersecurity Policy, including DoD Instruction 8500.01, Cybersecurity, Army Regulation (AR) 25-2 Information Assurance and AR 25-1 Army Information Technology.
- Understanding of Change Management
- Microsoft Office® 2007 or higher editions
- MS Office Suite of products
- Must be familiar with MS Project— User
- DoD and DA technical documentation development, parlance, and regulatory guidance.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Visio
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal relationship skills, demonstrate the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
