About the role:

The Manager, Global Identity and Access Management will be critical in assessing security and business needs, as well as converting IAM-related requirements into technical controls, solutions, and designs, and ensuring that those controls are implemented as planned. By clearly understanding business goals, the IAM Manager will collaborate with multiple technical and business functions from multiple regions to address corporate IAM risks, including but not limited to cloud and on-premises exposure. You have the technical skills and can effectively manage the IGA initiative using the Saviynt platform as a Product Manager.

  • Providing technical IAM expertise, including communicating IAM related architectural decisions, benefits, risks, and other activities including definition of IAM requirements, facilitation of security testing and management of residual risk.

  • Serving as the IAM Lead in the architecture, implementation, and integration phases of IAM related products and services to meet the business security requirements.

  • Provide leadership and expert counsel in establishing and implementing standards, guidelines, and best practices from an IAM perspective as well as risk mitigation perspective

  • Working with multiple global/regional teams to provide core IAM requirements to the owners, developers, and engineers for the application or product which is under design and building phase

  • Lead design, implementation and advisory projects centered around leading IAM technologies such as Saviynt, CPAM, Entra ID, Azure Key Vault, Auth0, Okta, Ping and more.

  • Strong expertise with security concepts and technologies in the wider Identity and Access management space (Logical Access Controls, LDAP and RBAC, Authentication solutions like SSO, SAML, OAuth, OpenID and MFA, PKI concepts, etc.).

  • Experience leading Identity Access Management (IAM) modernization initiatives, using Saviynt & Microsoft Entra ID technologies.

  • Work with management to assess, design and implement sustainable workforce and customer IAM solutions, operating processes and people models to address key and evolving risks in the fields of identity governance, Privileged Access Management, and Access Management for employees, partners, and customers.

What you bring:

  • Minimum of 9 years of experience in identity and access management, including developing, implementing, or architecting solutions with the IAM domains i.e. IGA, AM, PAM, CIAM

  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CISA are preferred. Saviynt Product certification is required.

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, IT or Computer Science, or a certificate in project management.

  • Lead IGA Program and advisory projects centered around Saviynt IAM platform.

  • Proven strong management and organizational skills

  • A team player, and able to manage and motivate regional and diverse teams.
