Link Solutions is seeking a Power BI Developer (Senior-Level) to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA. 

• Must be a US Citizen 
• DoD Clearance required (Active or Interim)
• Non-remote (relocation incentive available)

The Power BI Developer (Senior-Level) will lead advanced dashboard development and business intelligence (BI) initiatives in support of operational and strategic decision-making for the U.S. Army’s 3rd Infantry Division. The role is responsible for transforming complex datasets into interactive reports, managing large-scale KPI dashboards, and mentoring junior analysts. This position will work closely with key stakeholders from staff sections to design impactful, data-driven solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards that support unit readiness, logistics, training, and finance operations.
• Model large, complex datasets using star schemas and normalized structures to support scalable analytics.
• Integrate and automate data sources from platforms including SharePoint, GCSS-A, IPPS-A, Vantage, and eFLIPL.
• Guide junior developers and serve as a subject matter expert for Power BI best practices and DAX optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and iterate on reports using stakeholder feedback.
• Develop and maintain refresh pipelines, gateway configurations, and PowerApps/Power Automate workflows.

Qualifications

• US Citizen 
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• IAT Level II Certification equivalent or higher per DoD 8570/DoD 8140 (CompTIA Security+ CE, CCNA Security, CISSP, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, etc.).
• Eight (8+) years of Power BI experience in dashboard/report development.
• Experience in DAX, Power Query (M), and complex data modeling.
• Proven ability to lead dashboard lifecycles from concept to deployment and training.
• Familiar with Power BI, PowerApps, Power Automate, and SharePoint tools.
• Familiar with DAX, M (Power Query), and SQL languages.
• Experience with Power BI Gateway, Azure Synapse, Vantage, and Advana platforms.

Preferred:

• BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related IT field.
• Microsoft PL-300: Power BI Data Analyst Associate.
• Data Modeling: Star/Snowflake schemas, normalized structures
• UX/UI: Advanced visualization design and interactivity
• Experience working in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.
• A problem solver and troubleshooter who thrives in resolving complex problems.
• Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills. 
• Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
